I grew up on my parents’ farm.
In the 9th grade, I knew that I wanted to continue our business and then exchanged the Latin course for a cooking class.
At my father I went to apprenticeship and graduated at the age of 21 years, the test for master butcher.
I have always been interested in the apprenticeship as a business economist.
Now was the right time to prepare for the realization of “My Gourmet Depot”.
As an self employed butcher I know the desire of my customers for longer opening times and better accessibility very well.
This is a problem for all small businesses.
Sending goods without a temperature-controlled cold chain is dangerous in my opinion and because of that it is out of the question for me. Quality and thus your health must be safe!
